We offer 3 Levels of cover with our maintenance contracts throughout the UK. We also supply you with a custom maintenance contract, tailored to your needs.

TWO STAR SERVICE:
Hours : 0900-17:00 hrs Monday-Friday
Service:

  • Access to FREEPHONE Emergency call out number.
  • Same day call out for calls logged before 10:00 hrs
  • Next day call out for calls logged after 10:00 hrs.
  • Travel costs included.
  • Labour costs included.
  • Generator Technical Support.
  • One visit per annum for preventative maintenance(8KVA and above).
  • Parts to the value of £200 inclusive.

THREE STAR SERVICE:
Hours: 0800-2000 hrs Monday-Sunday
Service:

  • As 2 Star but includes access to weekend Emergency Telephone numbers.

 

FOUR STAR SERVICE:
Hours: 24 hrs, Seven days a week, 365 days-a-year.
Service:

  • As 3 Star but includes access to 24 hr Emergency Telephone numbers.
  • On-site within 8 hours.
